《GB/T 22158-2008核电厂防火设计规范》由TC58(全国核能标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准修改采用法国标准RCC-I(1997法文版)。本标准规定了核电厂防火设计的基本要求。本标准适用于陆上固定式热中子反应堆(如轻水、重水反应堆、气冷堆)核电厂。本标准主要针对核岛厂房的消防设计,常规岛和核电厂配套设施(BOP)的消防设计除执行本规范以外可参考、遵照国内相关设计标准。鉴于国情,在修改采用RCC-I时所作的主要改动为:
――按GB/T 20000.2-2001《标准化工作指南 第2部分:采用国际标准的规则》规定对参照版本的格式进行了编辑性修改。
――结合国内核电建设经验对参照版本的部分技术性条款作了修正或补充;
――参照版本附录A引用的法国标准转换成国内相应的现行消防标准规范;
――根据我国核安全法规要求,增加了“火灾危害性分析”章节。


This national standard specifies the basic requirements of fire protection design in nuclear power plant.
This standard is applicable to the land-based thermal-neutron-reactor (such as light water, heavy water reactor, gas cooled reactor) nuclear power plant.
This standard principally aims at the fire protection design of nuclear island plants; the fire protection designs of conventional island and nuclear-power-plant supporting facilities (BOP) shall not only implement this standard, but also refer and conform to the relevant national design standards.
