《GB/T 223.31-2008钢铁及合金 砷含量的测定 蒸馏分离-钼蓝分光光度法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC5(全国钢标准化技术委员会钢铁及合金化学成份测定分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本部分代替GB/T223.31―1994《钢铁及合金化学分析方法 蒸馏分离?钼蓝分光光度法测定砷量》。GB/T223的本部分规定了用蒸馏分离?钼蓝分光光度法测定砷含量。
本部分适用于钢铁及合金中质量分数为0.0005%~0.10%砷含量的测定。 本部分与GB/T223.31―1994相比较,主要做了以下修改:
―――还原剂由“20mL 硫酸阱?溴化钾混合溶液”改为“2g硫酸阱?溴化钾混合物”,同时,减少了加入蒸馏瓶中酸的体积,缩短了蒸馏时间;
―――校准曲线由统一采用10μg/mL 砷标准溶液配制调整为对不同含量段的校准曲线采用不同浓度的砷标准溶液配制;
―――增加了2.0μg/mL 砷标准溶液。


This Part of GB/T 223 specifies a method for the determination of the arsenic content using a molybdenum blue spectrophotometric method after distillation.
This Part is applicable to determination of an arsenic content between 0.0005 % (mass fraction) and 0.10 % (mass fraction) in iron, steel and alloy.
