《GB/T 223.64-2008钢铁及合金 锰含量的测定 火焰原子吸收光谱法》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC5(全国钢标准化技术委员会钢铁及合金化学成份测定分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
GB/T 223的本部分规定了用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定钢铁中锰含量。本部分适用于质量分数为0.002%~2.0%锰含量的测定。GB/T223的本部分等同采用ISO10700:1994《钢铁 锰含量测定 火焰原子吸收光谱法》。本部分代替GB/T223.64―1988,与其相比较,主要做了以下修改:
―――测定范围由0.1%~2.0%调整为0.002%~2.0% ;
―――试料量由0.5000g调整为1.0g;
―――试料处理由根据不同试料加入不同的酸改为统一由盐酸、硝酸溶解,高氯酸冒烟;
―――由统一的校准曲线改为分段绘制校准曲线。


1 Scope

This Part of GB/T 223 specifies a flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of the manganese content in steel and iron.
This Part is applicable to the determination of manganese contents (mass fraction) between 0.002%~2.0%.
