《GB/T 22421-2008通信网络设备的回收处理要求》由339-2（工业和信息化部（通信））归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部（通信）。
随着中国通信技术的提高，通信网络设备的更新换代在逐步加快，废弃通信网络设备需要回收处理。这些通信网络设备在废弃之后，如处置不当，不仅会对环境造成污染，也会造成资源的浪费。为了节约资源、保护环境，规范通信网络设备的回收流程和处理方式，特制定本标准。
本标准规定了通信网络设备回收处理应该达到的要求，确立了通信网络设备生产企业采用有利于产品回收处理的设计和工艺的一般原则，给出了回收处理指导信息声明的基本格式，规定了通信网络运营机构和回收处理企业在回收环节应该承担的相关责任。
本标准适用于通信网络设备。

Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements that the recycling of communication network equipment should meet, establishes the general principles for communication network equipment manufacturers to adopt designs and processes that are conducive to product recycling, provides the basic format of recycling guidance information statements, and specifies the requirements for communication network equipment. Relevant responsibilities that operating agencies and recycling companies should undertake in the recycling process. This standard applies to communication network equipment.
