《GB/T 22490-2008开发建设项目水土保持设施验收技术规程》由332（水利部）归口，主管部门为水利部。
本标准规定了开发建设项目水土保持设施验收的验收分类以及各类验收的条件、组织、内容、程序、验收标准和成果要求。
本标准适用于征占地面积在1hm2 以上或挖填土石方总量在1万m3以上的建设项目的水土保持设施验收工作。

Scope

This standard stipulates the acceptance classification of water and soil conservation facilities for development and construction projects (hereinafter referred to as "construction projects"), as well as the conditions, organization, content, procedures, acceptance criteria and result requirements of various types of acceptance. This standard is applicable to the acceptance of water and soil conservation facilities for construction projects with an area of more than 1hm² or excavated and filled earthworks of more than 10,000m³.
