1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the plant environment, design, facilities and equipment of plant, purchase and transportation of raw materials, processing hygiene, packaging, storage and transportation of finished product and personnel management of natural casings processing enterprises.

This standard is applicable to natural casing processing enterprises.
