《GB/T 22840-2008工业机械电气设备 浪涌抗扰度试验规范》由TC231(全国工业机械电气系统标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了工业机械的电气、电子设备及系统(以下可简称为“设备”)对由开关及雷电瞬变过电压引起的单极性浪涌(冲击)抗扰度的基本试验要求、试验设备及配置、试验方法及程序、试验结果评定及试验报告的编写,也规定了与不同环境及安装状态有关的优先选择的试验等级。
本标准适用于额定电压不超过AC1000V、DC1500V,额定频率不超过200Hz的工业机械的电气、电子设备及系统或电气设备及系统的部件的浪涌(冲击)的抗扰度试验。


Scope

This standard specifies the basic test requirements, test Equipment and configuration, test methods and procedures, test result evaluation and test report compilation also stipulate the preferred test levels related to different environments and installation conditions. This standard is applicable to the surge (shock) immunity test of electrical and electronic equipment and systems of industrial machinery with rated voltage not exceeding AC1000V, DC1500V and rated frequency not exceeding 200Hz or components of electrical equipment and systems. Immunity tests can be applied to equipment: --- research and development tests; --- type tests; --- acceptance tests; --- production tests.
