《GB/T 22898-2008纸和纸板 抗张强度的测定 恒速拉伸法(100mm/min)》由TC141(全国造纸工业标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了使用100mm/min恒定拉伸速度的试验仪器测定抗张强度、断裂时伸长率、抗张能量吸收和抗张挺度的方法,并规定了抗张指数、抗张能量吸收指数、抗张挺度指数和弹性模量的计算公式。
与其他抗张强度性能相比,抗张挺度对伸长量的测定准确度要求更高。如果使用较低的准确度进行伸长量的测定,得到的抗张挺度值将与本标准不一致。
本标准适用于所有纸和纸板,包括高伸长率的纸,如皱纹纸和伸性纸袋纸。
本标准不适用于低密度的纸,如卫生纸及其制品。


Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring tensile strength, elongation at break, tensile energy absorption and tensile stiffness using an experimental instrument with a constant tensile speed of 100mm/min, and specifies the tensile index and tensile energy absorption index. , Tensile stiffness index and elastic modulus calculation formula. Compared with other tensile strengths, tensile stiffness has higher requirements on the measurement accuracy of elongation. If a lower accuracy is used for the determination of elongation, the resulting tensile stiffness value will not be consistent with this standard. This standard applies to all paper and paperboard, including high elongation papers such as crepe paper and stretch sack paper. This method is not suitable for low-density paper, such as toilet paper-based products.
