《GB/T 23131-2008电子坐便器》由TC46（全国家用电器标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
本标准规定了电子坐便器的术语和定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于在家庭、商店、学校等场所，由非专业人员使用的电驱动坐便器。
本标准不适用于模制式、包装式、冷冻式以及真空式坐便器，也不适用于与电子坐便器配合使用的冲水水箱部分。

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of electronical toilets.

It is applicable to the electric toilets for non-professional personnel at home, stores, schools and other places.

It does not apply to molded, packaged, refrigerated, and vacuum toilets, nor to the washing tank portion used with electronical toilets.
