《GB/T 2317.4-2008电力金具试验方法 第4部分：验收规则》由TC202（全国架空线路标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
GB/T 2317《电力金具试验方法》共有4个部分，本部分是GB/T 2317的第4部分。
本部分代替GB/T 2317.4-2000。
本部分规定了电力金具的验收规则。
本部分适用于额定电压10kV及以上架空电力线路、变电站及电厂配电装置用的电力金具。
对低压配电网使用的同类金具可参照使用本部分。对在严重腐蚀、污秽的环境、高海拔地区、高寒地区等条件下使用的金具尚应满足其他标准的有关规定。
本部分与GB/T 2317.4-2000相比，主要有以下差别：
――为便于标准的使用，取消了“标志与包装”一章，将这部分内容划归到GB/T 2314-2008《电力金具通用技术条件》中；
――取消了“定期试验”的内容。

Scope

This part specifies the acceptance rules for electrical fittings. This part applies to power fittings (hereinafter referred to as fittings) used for overhead power lines with rated voltages of 10kV and above, substations and power distribution devices in power plants. Similar fittings used for low-voltage distribution network can refer to this part. The fittings used in severe corrosion, polluted environment, high altitude area, alpine area and other conditions should still meet the relevant calibration of other standards.
