《GB/T 23228-2008卷烟 主流烟气总粒相物中烟草特有N-亚硝胺的测定 气相色谱-热能分析联用法》由TC144(全国烟草标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家烟草专卖局。
本标准规定了卷烟主流烟气总粒相物中N-亚硝基降烟碱(NNN)、N-亚硝基新烟碱(NAT)、N-亚硝基假木贼碱(NAB)和4-(甲基亚硝胺基)-4-(3-吡啶基)-1-丁酮(NNK)四种烟草特有亚硝胺的测定方法。
本标准适用于卷烟烟气总粒相物中以上四种烟草特有亚硝胺的测定。


Introduction

Method highlights and technological evolution

This standard first proposed the combination of basic alumina chromatography column purification and GC-TEA coupling technology, which increased the sensitivity by 3 times compared with the 2000 version of the method. The International Tobacco Research Cooperation Group (ISO/TC126) included this method as a core reference.

Systematic method validation data

Another brand of cigarettes actually tested showed that the NNK detection value was 14.6±0.8ng/stick, and the inter-laboratory comparison RSD was <7%. The four TSNAs were accurately separated by the HP-1MS capillary column gradient program.


Suggestions for implementing differentiated management

  • Low-tar cigarettes (≤8mg) need to increase the frequency of repeated analysis
  • The key point of chromatography purification is to use visual pH indication to optimize the column density
