《GB/T 23327-2009机织热熔粘合衬》由TC209（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC209SC10（全国纺织品标准化技术委员会棉纺织品分会）执行，主管部门为中国纺织工业联合会。
本标准规定了机织热熔粘合衬的定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装及标志。
本标准适用于鉴定服装用的棉、化纤长丝、化纤纯纺及混纺机织物的各类本白、半漂、漂白和什色热熔粘合衬的质量。
本标准也适用于鉴定针织物热熔粘合衬的质量。
Scope
This standard specifies the definition, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of woven hot-melt adhesive interlinings. This standard is applicable to appraise the quality of all kinds of natural white, semi-bleached, bleached and assorted color hot-melt fusible interlinings of cotton, chemical fiber filaments, pure chemical fiber and blended woven fabrics for clothing. This standard is also applicable to identify the quality of knitted fabric fusible interlining.
