本标准规定了零件圆锥表面接触用涂色法检验时的检验及评定方法。
本标准适用于金属切削机床及其附件的主轴、套筒和与其相配的芯轴、顶尖、刀柄等附件和工具的圆锥表面接触的检验及评定,其他圆锥表面也可参照使用。
Scope
This standard specifies the inspection and evaluation methods when the conical surface contact of parts is inspected by the coloring method. This standard is applicable to the inspection and evaluation of the conical surface contact of spindles, sleeves of metal cutting machine tools and their accessories, and their matching mandrels, tops, tool holders and other accessories and tools. Other conical surfaces can also be used as a reference.
