《GB/T 23581-2009散状物料用贮存设备 安全规范》由TC331（全国连续搬运机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了料斗、筒仓、料仓和闸门等散状物料用贮存设备的专用安全规则,是对ISO1819中规定的安全总则的补充。
本标准规定的安全规则的适用不考虑设备原本的用途。
本安全规则限定了供应商对连续搬运机械本身的责任,不包括附属部件的结构,除非这些结构建在贮存设备里。
Scope
This standard specifies the special safety rules for storage equipment for bulk materials such as hoppers, silos, bins and gates, and is a supplement to the general safety rules specified in ISO 1819. The safety rules specified in this standard apply regardless of the original use of the equipment. This safety rule limits the supplier's responsibility for the continuous handling machinery itself, excluding the structure of the accessory parts, unless these structures are built into the storage facility.
