《GB/T 23642-2009电气绝缘材料和系统瞬时上升和重复冲击电压条件下的局部放电（PD）电气测量》由TC301（全国电气绝缘材料与绝缘系统评定标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准适用于电气绝缘系统（EIS）承受上升时间不大于50 μs的重复冲击电压时发生局部放电（PD）的离线电气测量。

Scope

This standard applies to off-line electrical measurements of partial discharges (PDs) occurring when electrical insulation systems (EIS) are subjected to repetitive impulse voltages with a rise time greater than 50 μs. Generally suitable for EIS powered by power electronic equipment, such as electric motors. Except for the following measurement methods: - PD detection method based on optical fiber or ultrasonic; - PD measurement under repetitive impulse voltage.
