《GB/T 23654-2009硫化橡胶和热塑性橡胶 建筑用预成型密封条的分类、要求和试验方法》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC3（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会密封制品分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了建筑物用预成型密封条的分类、性能以及密封条本身的一些功能性试验要求及其相关的试验方法。本标准适用于硫化橡胶和热塑性橡胶制成的预成型密封条。

Scope

It is the user's responsibility to take appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with relevant national regulations. This standard specifies the classification and performance of preformed weather strips for buildings, some functional test requirements and related test methods for the weather strip itself. This standard applies to preformed weatherstrips made of vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber, which include the following products: interior weatherstrips for door and window frames, i.e., weatherseals for windows and doors; weatherstrips for glazing; for perimeter caulking seals Strips; used for sealing strips between sections of building facades; used for sealing strips between brick walls. This standard is also applicable to the above-mentioned preformed sealing strips made of sponge rubber whose design service temperature is between -20℃～+55℃ and design service temperature is between -40℃～+70℃.
