Key technical points

1. Dyeing operation standardization

Wool dyeing needs to control: sulfuric acid concentration 5.0%-7.5%, bath ratio 1:50, boiling dyeing for 60 minutes. Nylon dyeing uses acetic acid to adjust the pH value, and the laboratory dyeing machine needs to ensure a uniform temperature rise of 30-60 minutes.

2. Innovation in solution colorimetry

Newly added spectrophotometer determination:

  • The absorbance of the prepared solution is controlled at 0.3-0.7 (10mm optical path)
  • The difference between parallel measurements is ≤2 points
