1. Dyeing operation standardization
Wool dyeing needs to control: sulfuric acid concentration 5.0%-7.5%, bath ratio 1:50, boiling dyeing for 60 minutes. Nylon dyeing uses acetic acid to adjust the pH value, and the laboratory dyeing machine needs to ensure a uniform temperature rise of 30-60 minutes.
