《GB/T 23827-2009道路交通标志板及支撑件》由TC223（全国交通工程设施（公路）标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了道路交通标志板及支撑件的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于我国各级道路上的交通标志。机尝港口、铁路、厂矿、住宅区等处设置的交通标志可参照使用。

This standard specifies product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of road traffic sign plate and support.
This standard is applicable to traffic signs on roads at all levels. Traffic signs arranged at airport, port, railway, factory and mine, residential district may be used by reference hereof.
