Introduction

1. Background and significance of standard revision

The GB/T 2391 series of standards has been revised and improved since its first release in 1980. The latest version GB/T 2391-2024 replaces the 2014 version, mainly optimizing key links such as dyeing conditions, washing methods and dye bath preparation.

3. Detailed explanation of standard determination methods

3.1 Determination of fixation rate of printing

Printing was performed according to the provisions of GB/T2387-2013. Samples A and B were prepared and washed separately. The absorbance was measured by spectrophotometer to calculate the fixation rate:

F = (1 - AmA0n) × 100%

3.2 Determination of dyeing fixation rate

According to the dye type (X type, K type, etc.), the color absorption temperature, fixation time and auxiliary agent dosage were determined, and the absorbance value was measured after preparing the standard dye solution and the residual liquid.

Application case

Take M type dye as an example. At the color absorption temperature of 60℃, 20g/L anhydrous sodium carbonate was added as an alkali agent after dyeing for 90 minutes. The absorbance value of the standard dye solution and the residual liquid was measured at the maximum absorption wavelength using a spectrophotometer.
