《GB/T 23927-2009三轮汽车和低速货车 机械式变速器》由TC234（全国低速汽车标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了三轮汽车和低速货车机械式变速器的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于三轮汽车、低速货车所使用的机械式齿轮变速器(不包括与后桥连体的三轮汽车变速器)。对于采用八挡以上带副变速器的多挡变速器只适用于主变速器。
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of mechanical transmissions for three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks. This standard applies to mechanical gear transmissions used in three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks (excluding three-wheeled vehicle transmissions connected to the rear axle). For the multi-speed transmission that adopts more than eight gears with auxiliary transmission, it is only applicable to the main transmission.
