本标准规定了一种以加速方式评定小型电工电子产品，主要是非气密件耐湿热劣化效应的标准试验方法。

Scope

This standard specifies a standard test method for assessing the effect of damp heat degradation of small electrical and electronic products, mainly non-hermetic components, in an accelerated manner. This test is not suitable for assessing external effects such as corrosion and deformation.
