《GB/T 24242.3-2014制丝用非合金钢盘条 第3部分：沸腾钢和沸腾钢替代品低碳钢盘条》由TC183（全国钢标准化技术委员会）归口，TC183SC3（全国钢标准化技术委员会盘条及钢丝分会）执行，主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
GB/T24242的本部分规定了制丝用非合金钢盘条中的沸腾钢和沸腾钢替代品低碳钢盘条的尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差、订货内容、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书等。
本部分适用于拉拔或冷轧钢丝用具有高延性的低碳、低硅沸腾钢非合金钢盘条,以及沸腾钢替代品非合金钢盘条(以下简称盘条)。
Scope
This part of GB/T 24242 specifies the size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, ordering content, technical requirements, test methods, Inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates, etc. This section applies to low-carbon, low-silicon boiling steel non-alloy steel wire rods with high ductility for drawing or cold-rolling steel wires, and non-alloy steel wire rods for boiling steel substitutes (hereinafter referred to as wire rods).
