Key manufacturing process control
Steel pipe manufacturing must meet the triple smelting guarantees: electric arc furnace/converter + refining outside the furnace + vacuum treatment, with a total elongation coefficient ≥3. Heat treatment system requirements:
- HD12Cr2Mo: normalizing (900-960℃) + tempering (700-750℃)
- HD15Ni1MnMoNbCu: quenching (880-930℃) + tempering (630-680℃)

- Dimensional accuracy selection: It is recommended to use PC-level high-level accuracy (outer diameter tolerance ±0.75%D) for conventional island pipelines of the nuclear island
- Non-destructive testing combination: Ultrasonic flaw detection (L2 level) + eddy current flaw detection (B level) double guarantee
- Special working condition processing: High-temperature service pipelines should be supplemented with stress corrosion cracking (SCC) test
