  • UES software specification: requires the clarification of 13 types of declaration items such as applicable machine models, environmental conditions, and probe types
  • Input parameter requirements: the required input quantities and acquisition methods for the performance characterization of coordinate measuring machines need to be described in detail
  • GUM conformity: ensure that the uncertainty assessment complies with the requirements of the JJF1059.1 guideline
