《GB/T 24733-2009等温淬火球墨铸铁件》由TC54（全国铸造标准化技术委员会）归口，TC54SC2（全国铸造标准化技术委员会铸铁分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了等温淬火球墨铸铁件的术语和定义、牌号、技术要求、取样和试块、试验方法、检验规则及铸件标志、包装和储运要求。
本标准适用于砂型或导热性与砂型相当的铸型铸造的经等温淬火热处理的球墨铸铁件。其他铸造方法(如金属型、金属型覆砂、壳型、熔模精铸和连续铸造等)生产的等温淬火球墨铸铁件,可参照使用。

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, designation, technical requirements, sampling, test blocks, test methods, inspection rules as well as the requirements of marking, packaging, storage and transportation of austempered ductile iron castings.
This standard is applicable to the austemper heat treated sand mold ductile iron castings or the ductile iron castings with the thermal conductivity equivalent to that of sand mould. The austempered ductile iron castings manufactured by other casting methods (such as metal mold, sand-lined metal mold, shell mold, mold investment casting and continuous casting etc.) may refer to it.
