Structure, main size and basic parameters of two pieces glass-lined steel vessels with agitator
1 Scope
This standard specifies the structure, classification, main size, parameters and marks of two pieces glass-lined steel vessels with agitator.
This standard is applicable to two pieces glass-lined steel vessels with agitator with design pressure less than or equal to 1.0 MPa in inner vessel, nominal volume of 50 L to 5,000 L, design pressure less than or equal to 0.6 MPa in jacket, and design temperature not lower than –20°C and not higher than 200°C in inner vessel and jacket.

4 Structure and classification
According to different jacket structures, the two pieces glass-lined steel vessels with agitator are divided into U-shaped jacket type and semi-tube jacket type, as shown in Figure 1.

5 Main size and parameters
5.1 See Figure 2 for the structure of two pieces glass-lined steel vessels with agitator, Table 1 for basic parameters and main size, and Table 2 for the details and requirements of parts in Figure 2.
5.2 See Table 3 for technical parameters of two pieces glass-lined steel vessels with agitator.
5.3 See Figure 3 for the combination form of thermowell and agitator. According to the regulations of HG/T 2058.2, the thermometer tube of baffle shall be preferred for the agitators of retreat curve impeller type, pitch blade turbine type and axial flow type.
5.4 The drives of vessels with agitator is divided into W type, DZ type and SZ type, which shall be selected according to HG/T 2052.
5.5 The vessels with agitator may be equipped with agitators of anchor type, gate type, retreat curve impeller type, pitch blade turbine type or axial flow type according to the process requirements, and the selection shall comply with the regulations of HG/T 2051.1, HG/T 2051.2, HG/T 2051.3, HG/T 2051.4 or other relevant standards.
