Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, safety measures, and operating procedures when using insulator live cleaning agents for live cleaning operations. This standard is applicable to the live insulation cleaning operation of electrical equipment with an altitude of 1000m and below and AC rated voltage of 220kV and below.
