Scope

This standard specifies the rules for the use of various power resistors for the main and auxiliary circuits of rolling stock, regardless of the circuit to which they are applied and the type of rolling stock. This standard stipulates: resistance parameters; use conditions that power resistors should meet; tests and test methods to verify use conditions; marks on resistors and their parameters.
