Scope
This part of GB/T25121 specifies the conditions of use, quality requirements and inspection, overload, safety requirements, marking, installation and application guidelines for power electronic capacitors. This section applies to power electronic capacitors used in rail transit rolling stock. Capacitors covered by this standard have a rated voltage up to 10 000 V. The operating frequency of systems using such capacitors is usually lower than 15 kHz and the pulse frequency can reach 5 to 10 times the operating frequency. Capacitors are divided into AC capacitors and DC capacitors. The capacitor is installed in the housing as a component. Note: This section applies to a wide range of capacitor technologies, including overvoltage protection \ DC and AC filters. Switching circuits. DC energy storage. Auxiliary converters and many other capacitors used in applications. This section does not apply to the following capacitors: --- Capacitors for induction heating devices operating at a frequency of 50 kHz and below (see GB/T 3984.1 and GB/T 3984.2); --- AC motors and similar applications Capacitors (see GB/T3667.1 and GB/T3667.2); --- Capacitors used in circuits for suppressing one or more harmonics in the power supply network; --- Small fluorescent lamps and discharge lamps AC capacitors (see GB/T18489 and GB/T18504), - capacitors for suppressing electromagnetic interference (see GB/T6346.14); parallel capacitors for AC power systems with a nominal voltage above 1 000 V (see GB/T11024.1 , GB/T11024.2, GB/T11024.3 and GB/T11024.4), a self-healing parallel power capacitor for AC power systems with a nominal voltage of 1000 V and below (see GB/T12747.1 and GB/T12747 .2); non-self-healing shunt power capacitors for AC power systems with a nominal voltage of 1 000 V and below (see GB/T17886.1, GB/T17886.2 and GB/T17886.3); System series capacitors (see GB/T6115.1, GB/T6115.2, GB/T65115.3 and GB/T6115.4); —— coupling capacitors and capacitive voltage dividers (see GB/T19749.1); — --- Capacitors used for storage of energy/large current discharge, such as photocopiers and laser machines; --- Microwave oven capacitors (see GB/T 18939.1); /T17702).
