《GB/T 25150-2010工业设备化学清洗中奥氏体不锈钢钝化膜质量的测试方法 蓝点法》由TC429(全国化工机械与设备标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
Introduction
1. Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution
With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry, austenitic stainless steel is increasingly used in industrial equipment. However, during the chemical cleaning process, the quality of the passivation film is directly related to the corrosion resistance and service life of the equipment. To solve this key problem, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association organized the drafting of this standard, which aims to standardize the test method for the quality of the passivation film of austenitic stainless steel.

Abnormal situation handling: If special circumstances occur on the test surface (such as special media contact equipment), the same material test piece can be used for alternative testing. For passivation film repair, it is recommended to use 20% acetic acid solution to clean residual marks and repair with 40% nitric acid solution. Data recording and analysis: Take the arithmetic mean of different test positions as the final result, and record the test conditions and abnormal phenomena in detail. It is recommended to establish a data analysis system to facilitate subsequent quality traceability and process optimization. Sample only — not a preview of GB/T 25150-2010
