《GB/T 25199-2014生物柴油调合燃料（B5）》由TC280（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会）归口，TC280SC1（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油燃料和润滑剂分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了由生物柴油和石油柴油调合的生物柴油调合燃料(B5)的术语和定义、分类和标记、要求和试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存及安全。
本标准适用于压燃式发动机使用的、以生物柴油为调合组分的B5普通柴油和B5车用柴油。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and labeling, requirements and test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage and safety of biodiesel blended fuel (B5) blended with biodiesel and petroleum diesel. This standard is applicable to B5 ordinary diesel and B5 vehicle diesel, which are blended with biodiesel and used in compression ignition engines.
