GB/T25367-2024 Standard Overview

GB/T25367-2024, the national standard of the People's Republic of China, was issued in 2024, replacing the old version of GB/T25367-2010. This standard is mainly applicable to the design, manufacture and inspection of the electronic common rail system injector assembly for diesel engines.


Technical Requirements Interpretation

General Requirements

Common rail injectors must be manufactured in accordance with the approved product drawings and technical documents to ensure that the connection dimensions with the engine meet the user and manufacturer agreement.

Appearance Requirements

Common rail injectors should have a complete appearance, clear trademarks, and no defects such as rust or scratches. Special requirements need to be agreed upon with the user.

Test method analysis

Appearance inspection
