Scope

This standard specifies the design, structural requirements and test methods of agricultural and horticultural manure spreaders. The purpose of this standard is to minimize damage to the environment. This standard specifies the performance requirements for horizontal and vertical fertilization of manure spreaders. This standard does not apply to belt manure spreaders or mud spreaders. This standard does not specify requirements for personal safety. Relevant requirements are in accordance with the provisions of GB 10395.3 "Safety of Agricultural and Forestry Machinery Part 3: Manure Spreader".
