Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and safety precautions for industrial cresol. This standard is applicable to industrial cresol obtained by fractional distillation of crude phenol produced from coal tar and phenol-containing sewage.
