Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates and contracts (or purchase orders) for high-purity cobalt. This standard applies to high-purity cobalt for magnetic sensing materials, photosensitive materials, magnetic recording sputtering targets, ion coatings, evaporation coatings, manufacturing high-purity reagents, standard samples and high-purity alloys.
