Performance test specification
The standard stipulates a strict test process:

- Jet flow rate = 100% cleaning machine flow rate, pressure is 90-105% of the rated value
- Rated pressure underflow flow ≤ 10% of the total flow
2. Continuous operation test: 100 hours of uninterrupted testing, recording: Pressure/flow data every 4 hours Wear of wearing parts Mandatory nozzle replacement when the pressure drops by 10% Implementation suggestions Professional suggestions for standard implementation: Material selection: Pressure-bearing parts of equipment ≥100MPa shall comply with the requirements of JB/T 6909, and stainless steel seamless steel pipes (GB/T 14976) shall be preferred Quality control: All pressure-bearing parts shall be subjected to a pressure resistance test of 1.1-1.5 times the rated pressure, and the pressure shall be maintained for ≥15 minutes Maintenance strategy: Establish a replacement log for wearing parts, and focus on monitoring: Working hours of nozzles
