Scope

WARNING: Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in formal laboratory work. This standard does not point out all possible safety issues, users are responsible for adopting appropriate safety and health measures, and ensuring compliance with the conditions stipulated by relevant national laws. The pyrotechnic powder involved in this standard is a kind of flammable and explosive dangerous goods. The following are the most important safety technical regulations: a) The preparation of the sample should be carried out under the condition of safety protection measures; b) The preparation and storage of the sample The amount cannot exceed the conditions allowed by safety protection; c) The drying of the sample should be carried out in a safety explosion-proof drying box, and the drying temperature should not exceed 55 °C. This standard specifies the method for the determination of carbon content in pyrotechnic powder used in fireworks and firecrackers by high-frequency-infrared absorption method. This standard applies to the determination of total carbon content in pyrotechnic powder used in fireworks and firecrackers.
