Scope
This standard specifies the construction and use of test suites for the verification of conformity of SGML systems. This International Standard facilitates the construction of test suites, the construction of SGML systems for evaluation using such suites, and the examination of the performance of SGML systems on test suites as part of the process of selecting SGML tools. This standard is suitable for testing the implementation and use of SGML, and its objective compliance criteria are defined in GB/T 14814-1993.
