Scope

This standard specifies the environmental test methods, test conditions, test procedures and evaluation criteria for optical thin film components. This standard is applicable to the environmental test of all components and substrates coated with optical functional films except ophthalmic optics (glasses). This standard does not involve the inspection of optical properties of products.
