1 Scope
This standard specifies the general technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and quality certificates for the open die forgings on hydraulic press.
This standard is applicable to the carbon steel and alloy steel forgings for general purpose. The forgings with special applications or special requirements shall be subject to the technical standards for special materials.
