《GB/T 26823-2011基于信用原则控制检出质量的零接收数计数抽样检验系统》由TC21(全国统计方法应用标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Scope
1. This standard specifies a sampling plan for batch-by-batch count inspection. All sampling plans in this standard use a zero acceptance number. 2. The sampling plan puts economic and psychological pressure on the producer through lot rejection and the resulting reduction in cumulative credit, prompting it to strive to maintain a production process with zero defective products. At the same time, the lowest feasible sample size is used to ensure that the percentage of long-term non-conforming products provided to the user or entering the field of view does not exceed the upper limit of the average detection quality (abbreviated as AOQL). 3. A sampling plan is used for a series of lots from the same producer. 4. This standard is used when the following conditions are met: a) A series of batches consisting of discrete individual products, and these products are required to be produced by a unified manufacturer using the same production process; b) Considering one or more qualities of the product characteristics, they must be classified as qualified or non-conforming products; c) The test error is negligible during the assignment of product quality characteristics; d) The inspection is non-destructive. This standard can also achieve the following two goals, to achieve the control of the expected quality level of the detected products with the smallest possible sample size; regardless of the length of the serial batches of each supplier, it can guarantee the actual quality of the detected products. Long-term control of quality levels. This International Standard can be used by producers, users and regulatory agencies to achieve the desired level of quality of products received from the same source and of the same type.
