Scope

This International Standard gives principles and requirements for confidentiality related to conformity assessment. This standard applies to the elaboration of the general element of "confidentiality" by the drafting working group of the conformity assessment standard in the standard preparation. This standard is not used directly for conformity assessment activities alone.
