《GB/T 27305-2008食品安全管理体系 果汁和蔬菜汁类生产企业要求》由TC261（全国认证认可标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了经加工制成的果汁和蔬菜汁类生产企业食品安全管理体系的特定要求，包括人力资源、前提方案、关键过程控制、检验、产品追溯与撤回。本标准配合GB/T 22000标准以适用于果汁和蔬菜汁类生产企业建立、实施与自我评价其食品安全管理体系，也适用于对此类生产企业食品安全管理体系的外部评价和认证。

Scope

This standard specifies the specific requirements for the food safety management system of processed fruit and vegetable juice manufacturers, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process controls, inspections, product traceability and withdrawal. This standard cooperates with GB/T 22000 to be applicable to the establishment and implementation of self-evaluation of their food safety management system by fruit juice and vegetable juice production enterprises, and is also applicable to the external evaluation and certification of such production enterprises' food safety management system. When this standard is used for certification purposes, it should be used together with GB/T 22000. See Appendix A for the correspondence between GB/T 22000 and this standard.
