Scope
This standard specifies the rules for mobile emergency location services when a terminal with positioning functions is used to initiate an emergency rescue request, including the overall structure, basic information content and service process of mobile emergency location services. This standard applies to mobile emergency location services provided by mobile communication operators and mobile location service providers. Other types of mobile location services can also be implemented by reference.
