Scope
This standard specifies the basic principles of social insurance services, as well as the basic requirements for service system, service guarantee, service provision, service supervision, evaluation and improvement. This standard applies to the service activities of social insurance agencies at all levels. Institutions designated, authorized, and entrusted by the competent social insurance department in accordance with the law, and institutions entrusted by social insurance agencies to provide social insurance services can refer to and apply.
