《GB/T 28027-2011轨道交通 供电系统和机车车辆运行匹配》由TC278(全国轨道交通电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家铁路局。

Scope

This standard establishes the acceptance requirements for rolling stock equipment, mainly related to the following aspects: - the coordination of protection principles between the power supply system and the traction unit, especially the identification of short-circuit faults; - the relationship between the installed power of the line and the required power of the train Coordination; - Coordination between traction unit regenerative braking and power supply system acceptance; - Coordination of harmonic characteristics. This standard proposes the definition of the power supply interface between the traction unit and the ground device and the requirements for the power supply quality. This standard specifies the interface between rolling stock and electric ground installations for traction within the framework of "Power supply systems". The interaction between the pantograph and the catenary; the interaction between the pantograph and the "control-command" (especially signal) subsystem is outside the scope of this standard. The requirements are broken down by the following line categories: - Trunk railway; - Urban rail transit. This standard does not apply to rolling stock already received by the infrastructure management department. However, under the condition of new facilities, the infrastructure management department can recognize the existing rolling stock by establishing an agreement.
