Scope

This standard stipulates the general regulations, technical requirements, manufacturing, painting, packaging and marking, installation and quality responsibility requirements of oxygen converter waste heat boilers. This standard applies to oxygen converter waste heat boilers that use water as the working fluid and whose rated outlet steam pressure is not greater than 5.0 MPa.
