This standard specifies the principle of determining the content of residual volatile methylcyclosiloxane D4 (octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane) ~ D10 (eicosylcyclodecasiloxane) in raw silicone rubber by gas chromatography and test methods. This standard is applicable to raw silicone rubber, the minimum detectable amount of a single component of methylcyclosiloxane (D4～D10) is 50mg/kg.
