Scope

This standard stipulates the basic principles of energy consumption statistics of coal enterprises, the classification of energy consumption, the basic principles of various energy calculations, the calculation of comprehensive energy consumption and the statistical calculation method of coal mine process energy consumption. This standard applies to all types of coal enterprises.
