Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging signs of the allowable limits of substances harmful to the human body in musical instruments. This standard applies to musical instruments, musical instrument accessories and musical instrument packaging placed indoors. This standard does not apply to the outer packaging during storage and transportation.
